I think that our opinions are more flexible than certain morals. Opinions on, for example, political ideologies, or the merits of certain philosophical positions, can change many times as one grows older – the fundamental elements of my moral outlook have not, and are unlikely to, change as much as my opinions have over different issues, but then thats what political debate is all about.
I personally like to consider myself someone with strong ideological opinions, with a pragmatic streak.
